Mystical Times is a space for exploration, insight, healing, and personal discovery. John Joseph (JJ) is a religious pluralist who practices Christianity, New Age spirituality, and Paganism/Wicca as distinct and meaningful paths, each respected for its own traditions, perspectives, and practices.

As it pertains to Reiki, JJ approaches it as a neutral, universal practice for relaxation and well-being. Reiki is offered with the intention of supporting your health and overall sense of beingness, while honoring your own beliefs, experiences, and individual journey. Reiki can be practiced alongside virtually any religious or spiritual worldview, agnosticism, or atheism. You do not need to identify with any particular religion or spiritual tradition to experience Reiki. It is generally understood as a complementary practice within the broader field of alternative health and wellness.
